The Arc'teryx Men's Gamma MX Hoody was originally built to meet the rigours of ice climbing, and it still feels most at home when the weather can’t make up its mind. It’s a wind-resistant, water-repellent stretch softshell that breathes well and balances insulation, light weight, and outstanding durability for a wide range of mountain activities in mixed conditions.

The Fortius 2.0 fabric brings the warmth-to-weight you want without giving up toughness, and the helmet compatible StormHood protects without blocking peripheral vision—exactly what you notice when you’re moving through exposed terrain. The updated regular fit is roomier for expanded layering options, and it’s finished with a PFAS-free FC0 DWR treatment.
