Why you'll love it
A touring-minded 109mm shape
The waist and HRZN 3D tip put flotation at the centre of the design without turning the ski into a purely descent-focused tool. It suits big-mountain routes where the climb still needs to be efficient.
Reinforced under the binding
A full ash wood inlay concentrates strength beneath the binding area, adding a more secure interface for touring setups without requiring a heavier overall build.
A measured environmental step
Atomic uses more poplar and less metal, fiberglass, and resin in this construction. The brand reports 26% lower CO2-equivalent emissions than the 2022 Backland 100.
