Free shipping on orders over $99

Applies only to orders sent Standard Post within Canada (before taxes). Oversized items will be charged an oversized fee, see below. Orders under $99 will be subject to a small shipping fee.

There is a $20 minimum cart total for shipping.

Don't need it shipped?

All items on monodsports.com are available for in-store pickup at no charge. Select In-Store Pickup at checkout and you will be notified when your order is ready.

Pickup location is 129 Banff Ave, Banff, orders are usually ready for the next day. For customers who won't be picking up soon after ordering, your orders will be held until you can come by.

Orders with a delivery address in Banff will be changed to an In-Store Pickup.

There is no minimum cart total for In-Store Pickups

Once you have receive a tracking number from us, it means Monod Sports has handed your order to a shipping partner and is no longer in our hands. Oversized items are subject to an oversize fee. See below.

All orders ship from our store in Banff, AB, and may take 2–3 days to process, in addition to the delivery estimates shown. Estimates are most-accurate for urban centres. Post office boxes, rural or remote locations may take longer. Shipping estimates do not include the day the parcel is picked up by the carrier.

Processing and shipping times will be longer during sales and busy periods.

Returns/refunds cannot be issued until there has been a successful delivery of the package or an investigation by the courier has concluded the package is lost.

Shipping to USA

  • Orders shipped outside Canada are not charged Canadian taxes, but are subject to import duties, taxes and custom processing fees. Monod Sports is unable to estimate customs fees.

  • A customs invoice arrives with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.

  • Check with your local customs office for more information.

  • Shipping time estimates do not include customs inspections, which may vary.

  • We do not ship skis to the USA.

Shipping Internationally

Unfortunately we do not currently ship outside Canada and the USA.

Oversized Shipping

A flat rate of $21 will be automatically added at checkout if the the following items are in your cart:

  • Skis
  • Poles
  • Backpacks over 35 liters
  • Travel bags i.e. luggage bag, ski bags, etc.
  • Large tents and sleeping bags
  • Large stoves

The oversize fee of $21 is in addition to your selected shipping method. 

Ski purchases

All skis purchased with bindings on the website can be delivered within Canada with the bindings mounted. To have your bindings mounted, fill out the form linked below

Mounting Form

All orders containing skis will be charged a flat oversized non-refundable fee of $21 CAD on top of your selected shipping method. 

Note: There is no oversize fee for in-store pickups

Unclaimed Packages

Once the package had been delivered it is the customers responsibility. In the event a package goes unclaimed the carrier will return it to us and the customer will be responsible for a shipping charge to have the package resent.
