The Rocker Integrity Technology and dual-density midsole help you stay in control through extended efforts, while the extra underfoot feel is tuned with soft, springy foam just underfoot and impact-absorbing foam near the sole.

The Mafate 5 is also designed to handle the messy parts of trail running: an optional ankle gaiter helps protect from debris, and the aggressive Vibram® Megagrip traction lugs stay grounded when the surface gets gnarly. There’s a stretchy Dynamic Vamp, a warp knit upper with anti-fray treatment, and a TPU cage for structure where you need it, finished with gaiter attachment points, a premium sockliner, and reflective details for visibility.
