The Adam Ondra 8.7 We Care Dry Rope is a lightweight performance rope built for hard sport climbing, where low weight and dependable handling matter most. Approved by Adam Ondra and created with him, it uses Mammut’s Sender construction to keep weight down to just 51 g/m while staying durable enough for repeated projecting.

What sets this version apart is how Mammut builds it. Residual yarns from rope production are collected and specially twisted together to create the sheath, so every rope has its own slightly different color while maintaining the same high-quality properties and performance. The PFC-free dry finish repels water and dirt, achieves <1.5% in UIAA water absorption tests, and helps improve abrasion resistance. It comes ready to climb, tangle-free, with an abrasion-resistant center mark, and triple certification for single, twin, and double use.
