• Is this liner good for backpacking? Probably not. The Comfort Blend liner is heavier and bulkier than most backpackers would want - a Breeze or Reactor would be better choices.
• Does a Comfort Blend liner add warmth to a sleeping bag? Yes - any extra layer traps insulating air, so it will add some warmth. If you are looking for a thermal boost, check out the Reactor liners.
• How does the HEIQ-Fresh work? The liner is impregnated with bio-based amino sugar polymers that absorb and neutralize odors. When the liner is washed, the compounds that cause odor are released, and the polymer is ready for the next use.
• Does the Comfort Blend Liner have a side zipper? To keep the liner reasonably light and compact for travel, it does not have a side zipper.
