The Arc'teryx Alpha FL 30 Backpack is a fast-and-light climbing pack that keeps things simple without giving up the features you actually use in the mountains. Built with 315d Hadron® AC² LCP grid fabric and Arc'teryx AC² construction, it’s exceptionally weather resistant and durable for its weight, with a streamlined profile that won’t snag or feel bulky when you’re moving through steep terrain.

Access is quick with the pull-to-open/pull-to-close drawcord system and RollTop™ closure, and the large webbing pull-tabs are easy to grab with gloves on. A top strap secures a rope, two ice axe loops and six integrated front lash points handle external carry, and the compression system is set up to carry crampons, ice tools, or a belay parka—exactly the sort of add-ons that tend to end up outside the pack on an early start. The embedded RECCO® reflector is there as an added search aid in rescue situations, and you still get practical storage with an internal security pocket and an external WaterTight™ zippered pocket with key clip.
