  • Lightweight aircraft aluminum pole system.

Cleaning and Care

  • Storage: Ensure your gear is completely dry storing in included stuff sack.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
  • Cleaning: Spot Clean Only.
  • Use mild soap, warm water, and a clean sponge.
  • Lay flat to dry.
  • Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
  • Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean.

Repairs and Warranty

  • All Big Agnes gear is guaranteed against manufacturing or material defect.
  • We do not warranty products damaged from normal wear and tear, alteration made by owner, misuse, accidents, or damages caused by uses other than intended.
  • Damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care may be repaired, at the discretion of Big Agnes, at a reasonable charge.
  • Gear returned for repair must be clean and free of debris.
  • All Big Agnes products include a Limited Warranty against manufacturing or material defect.
