The Women's Alpha SV Jacket is Arc'teryx's most durable shell for sustained alpinism and prolonged exposure in severe conditions. Built for committing ascents in harsh alpine terrain, it uses 100D GORE-TEX PRO ePE to deliver waterproof, windproof, breathable protection with the kind of durability you want when the forecast turns and you're still moving upward.

This update makes the Alpha SV lighter and stronger than before while remaining free from intentionally added PFAS. The fit leaves room for layers, articulated patterning helps with high reaches and tool swings, and the storage has been expanded with two internal dump pockets and a zippered security pocket. A low-profile RECCO reflector in the hood brim adds searchability in emergencies, and the helmet-compatible StormHood keeps coverage high without getting in the way of visibility.
