The Mammut Women's Taiss ML Hooded Jacket is a warm, quick-drying performance midlayer built for year-round days in the mountains. It uses Polartec® Power Stretch™ fleece to deliver breathable warmth with a very good warmth-to-weight ratio, while moisture-wicking performance helps regulate temperature and reduce rapid overcooling when you stop moving or reach the summit.

In practical use, this is the kind of layer that works well across a long range of mountain days, from climbing and mountaineering to hiking, ski touring, and via ferrata. The athletic fit, under-helmet hood, underarm gussets, thumb loops, and flat seams make it easy to move in and comfortable under a pack or harness, while the two zip pockets stay accessible when you are carrying gear.
