The Merrell Women's Moab Speed 2 GORE-TEX Hiking Shoes take what made the Moab a go-to and blend it with the feel and efficiency of modern athletic hikers. They’re built for moderate trails with some obstacles and debris, where you’ll see occasional changes in speed, direction, and pitch.

On the ground, the GORE-TEX waterproof membrane keeps weather and wet brush in check while staying breathable, and the Vibram TC5+ outsole with 4mm lugs is tuned for outdoor multi-sport traction and for shedding debris as you move. Underfoot, the FloatPro Foam midsole is designed for lightweight comfort that lasts, backed by lightweight FlexPlate technology for torsional rigidity, lateral stability, and forefoot flexibility—exactly what you want when a hike shifts from smooth singletrack to rocky, uneven sections.
