On wet days and shoulder-season outings, the waterproof membrane helps keep water out while letting moisture escape, and the bellows tongue does a solid job of blocking trail debris. Underfoot, FloatPro™ Foam and FLEXconnect® flex-grooves keep the feel light and connected, while the Merrell Quantum Grip™ outsole is made for confidence in extreme trail environments—useful when the route is more roots and rock than sidewalk.
