Skratch Hydration Sport Drink Mix was created to replace the electrolytes lost in sweat and provide a little bit of energy when you’re working out—without turning your stomach or overpowering your palate. It’s a reimagined sports drink built from the bare essentials so you can hydrate, quench thirst, and keep performing.

Use it pre-workout, during activity, or whenever you’re thirsty. Mix one scoop into 12 to 16 fl oz (350 to 500 ml) of water, shake, and start with 1–2 servings per hour of exercise as a baseline—then adjust based on your thirst and how you’re feeling.
