Black Diamond HotForge Screwgate Carabiner is a multi-functional, lightweight and compact locking connector built for routine use—belays, top roping, and any time you need a trustworthy screwgate. The hot-forge construction removes weight where it’s not needed and adds material where durability counts, so it stays crisp and dependable day after day.

A low-profile, non-snagging keylock nose clips clean and stays easy to keep moving. It accommodates a clove hitch and uses a screwgate sleeve with a functional shape that’s easy to hold on the go, in real climbing conditions.
