In Store Pick-Up Option for Online Orders
Yes, you can order online and pick up your order in store!
If you live in the area or you're passing through Banff and would like to pickup your online order at our Retail store on banff ave, please see intructions below on how to do so:

Go to your shopping cart when you are ready to finish your online order.

In the 'Estimate Shipping and Tax' box enter your province and postal code information and click 'Get a Quote'.

You will see an 'In-Store Pickup' option. Click on that and proceed to 'Checkout'.

Enter your billing information and credit card number to finish the order.

In Comment Field, enter an estimated pick-up date + the name of the person who would be picking up the item

You will receive a separate email when the order is ready for pick up.
To pick up
You will need to pick up the item in our retail store located at: 129 Banff Avenue, Banff, AB.
Please, have your ID and your order number with you to show it to our staff.
*If your placed an order with us for the first time, please allow up to 2 buisness days to process your order while we verify it. If you would like to pick up your order earlier, please contact web department at 403-762-4571 ex.25 and we'll do our best to get the order ready for you in time.
*If you would like to order in advance and pick up during the weekend when our web department is closed, please place your order by Friday 2PM MST.
Yes, you can order online and return or exchange in store as well!
For Return:
Feel free to bring the item to our Retail Store in Banff. Simply, leave the product and a copy of your invoice with one of our sales associates and we will process a refund for you and email you the receipt within 24 hours. If it is a weekend, it all would be done by the following Monday. If it is within business hours of the web store (9AM - 5PM Monday - Friday), the refund will be processed right away onto the same credit card or PayPal account used to place the original order and your receipt will be emailed.
For Exchange:
Our friendly staff in store will process the exchange for you on spot. No need to wait.
