It works well as a first layer on cool mornings or as a midlayer once you’re moving, and it packs down easily for the times you’re not wearing it.

The recycled polyester fleece moves moisture away from the body and dries fast, which matters when the pace picks up. You get a full-length two-way zipper for easy venting and layering, three zippered pockets for small essentials, and discreet thumbholes that keep sleeves in place when you’re reaching for poles or digging in a pack. Produced without PFAS, with fabric dyed using a closed-loop CO2-based method instead of water.
