The Women's Senja Flex1 8" Shorts are Norrøna’s most lightweight and breathable shorts, built primarily for trail running and equally useful for other warm-weather activities. In real use, this is the kind of short that works best when the pace is steady and the temperature is up—light on the body, easy to move in, and quick to dry after effort.

Norrøna uses a 106 g/m2 flex1 fabric here for comfort, breathability, quick-drying performance, and unrestricted movement. The regular fit is paired with a smooth elastic waistband, cord adjustment, and a gusseted crotch, while the storage layout is notably practical: a zippered back pocket for valuables, two open hand pockets, and four side pockets sized for energy bars or gels, with a key hook inside one pocket. There’s also a concealed tunnel at the back waist to secure an extra layer when conditions shift mid-run.
