The Mammut Women’s Crag HS Hooded Jacket is a dependable, lightweight hardshell made for mountaineering and hiking when conditions can turn quickly. Its 2.5-layer Mammut DRY Tour laminate, PFC-free DWR coating, and 20,000 mm water column are there to keep weather out, while the regular fit and 330 g weight make it practical to carry when the forecast is anything but certain.

In real use, this is the kind of shell that makes sense for long approaches, changeable ridgelines, and steady days in the mountains where you still need to manage heat on the climb. The helmet-compatible hood with reinforced peak helps keep rain out, underarm zippers add ventilation on steeper sections, and the two zippered pockets stay accessible with a pack or harness on.
