The Leki Ultratrail FX One is a fixed-length folding pole made for trail running, especially when low weight, fast transitions, and compact storage matter. At 182 g in the 120 cm sample length with a 36 cm pack size, it disappears into a vest or pack between climbs and comes back out quickly when the course turns steep or technical.

What sets the Ultratrail FX One apart is its Trail Shark grip-strap system, developed specifically for trail running. The grip uses Air Channel construction to reduce weight by 30 % compared to the familiar Shark system, while the Shark Frame Strap Mesh fits close and transfers power directly to the center of the pole. In use, the one-finger click-in and click-out is straightforward, and the slim mandrel shape makes transitions easy even when you are moving on instinct.
