Patagonia’s Women’s Durable Down Parka is a lofty, warm belay jacket designed for committing climbs where insulation has to survive real abrasion. It pairs 800-fill-power down warmth with a workwear-tough shell so you can move freely even when you’re 15 pitches off the deck, then pack it away when it’s time to lead again.

It’s part of the Free Wall Kit, built around the demands of sustained, difficult multipitch routes where short rests are all you get. The two-way front zipper and storm flaps keep it belay-device compatible without opening you up to the elements, while the helmet-compatible hood, broad shoulders and climbing-specific quilting keep warmth and mobility where you need them most. Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory.
