Women's Cloud X 4 Training Shoes

The Women's Cloud X 4 Training Shoes are built for workouts that move beyond straight lines. From burpees to box jumps, they deliver a balanced ride with power, bounce, and control, while improved forefoot flexibility helps the shoe move more naturally through multi-lateral training.

On tuned this version for gym use, pairing a Helion™ superfoam midsole for soft landings and powerful take offs with an X-shaped Speedboard® that adds versatility underfoot. The midfoot cage, star lacing system, and strong heel hold keep the foot secure during side-to-side work, while the breathable mesh upper and plush heel and tongue materials make them easy to wear through longer sessions. The shoe also uses 50% bio-attributed Zero-Gravity foam made from renewable materials like waste cooking oil, which results in 20% less CO2e emissions compared to standard EVA midsoles, and selected colorways use dope-dyed yarn that uses 90% less water.
