The On Men's Cloud X 4 Training Shoes are built for workouts that move in every direction. From burpees to box jumps, they bring a balanced mix of bounce, control, and stability that suits both dedicated training sessions and general gym use. In practice, this is the kind of shoe that feels ready for circuit days, short conditioning blocks, and the usual mix of jumping, shifting, and resetting between sets.

On designed the Cloud X 4 with better forefoot flexibility for multi-lateral movement, using an X-shaped Speedboard® to keep the ride responsive without feeling overly rigid. The Helion™ superfoam midsole is tuned for training, balancing energy return with stability, while the midfoot cage and star lacing system help secure the foot for lateral support and excellent heel hold. A breathable mesh upper, plush heel and tongue materials, and a rubber outsole for side-to-side traction round things out. It also uses 50% bio-attributed Zero-Gravity foam made from renewable materials like waste cooking oil, resulting in 20% less CO2e emissions compared to standard EVA midsoles, and selected colorways use dope-dyed yarn in the upper, a process that uses 90% less water.
