The Norrøna Men's Senja Flex1 9" Shorts are the lightest and most breathable shorts in the line, built primarily for trail running and equally useful across warm-weather training and general outdoor use. In real use, they’re the kind of short that stays comfortable when the pace picks up or the day heats up—light on the body, quick to dry, and easy to move in.

Norrøna uses a 106 g/m2 flex1 fabric here for a reason: it balances breathability, comfort, and stretch without getting in the way. The regular fit keeps movement unrestricted, and the storage is unusually practical for a running short, with a zippered back pocket, two open hand pockets, and four side pockets for gels or bars, including one with a key hook inside. There’s also a concealed tunnel at the back waist for stashing an extra layer, plus an elastic waist with cord adjustment to keep the fit secure when you’re moving all day.
