Women's Tecton X 3 Running Shoes

The Women’s Tecton X 3 is Hoka’s carbon-plated trail runner for race pace and fast movement through rough ground. It’s built to carry speed without giving up control, using patent-pending parallel carbon fiber plates with winglets for added stability in key zones, a dual-layer PEBA midsole for a light, resilient ride, and a Speed-centric MetaRocker™ that helps keep turnover smooth when the trail gets demanding.

Hoka also made smart updates where they matter on the trail. The Vibram® Megagrip Litebase outsole now uses redesigned lug shape and positioning for better traction, with 4mm lugs and Traction Lug for bite on varied terrain. Up top, the lightweight Matryx® textile upper adds durability, the dynamic vamp gives the foot room to splay over long miles, and the gaiter-like extended knit collar helps keep trail debris out.
