The Patagonia Women's Classic Retro-X Fleece Vest is the familiar Retro-X you reach for when the wind picks up, updated with a cleaner build and a relaxed fit. The 1/2in.-pile fleece keeps the feel and heritage look, while the windproof core warmth makes it an easy choice for shoulder-season hikes, dog walks, and daily wear.

This version uses 100% REPREVE® recycled polyester fleece certified by OceanCycle and sourced from coastal communities at risk of plastic pollution. Patagonia also leaned into the details: a softer feel inside the collar, updated pocket shapes that nod to the early 2000s, and a hip-length cut that layers easily over a hoody or under a shell when the weather turns.
