WITH CANPAR DELIVERIES, YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.  If you are not home the day they deliver, CanPar will leave a signature card on your door for you to sign and leave on the door for the second delivery.  If the driver does not find a signed card on the door at the second delivery attempt, the package will be returned to the sender.

You must physically place your order yourself using the automated checkout on our online store which is accessed via the Internet to qualify for free shipping (see other restrictions below).

• APPLIES TO ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY (PLEASE NOTE: telephone calls, emails, retail store purchases, letter orders and special orders DO NOT QUALIFY as "Online purchases")

• SHOULD YOU SELECT THE WRONG SIZED CLOTHING, SHOES, BOOTS OR WRONG ITEM(S), MONODS WILL ONLY PAY THE FREE SHIPPING THE FIRST TIME THE PRODUCT IS SENT TO YOU.  YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL SHIPPING COSTS ON ANY SUBSEQUENT SHIPMENTS OF THE SAME PRODUCT (EVEN IF IT IS A DIFFERENT COLOUR OR SIZE).
• "FREE SHIPPING" items are shipped via CanPar Regular ONLY.  However, in those areas within Canada where CanPar does not deliver, we will default to Canada Post Expedited for "free shipping."
• OVERSIZED ITEMS are NOT available for free shipping  (see "Oversized Shipping Charge Note" for more detail)
• Monods will not ship multiple sizes or colours of the same item for customers to "try on" or compare colours (see "Note for people unsure of their size for more details).

Restriction on shipping in general: 

• Monod Sports will not ship any products to any temporary accommodation, including hotels, motels, B&Bs and hostels
• Monod Sports will not ship any product purchased through our website with any credit card not issued from either a USA or Canadian credit card company  (in other words, the credit card MUST BE issued by a North American credit card company). 

In either case, Monod Sports will promptly cancel any such order and inform the customer of the same through email.  

FREE IN STORE PICK-UP OPTION

ACTUAL SHIP TIMES - For orders received:

(1) Monday 8 a.m. through noon (Mountain Standard Time) Friday - Monod Sports will ship the product(s) within 2 business days after receipt of order (Canadian holidays excluded); or

(2) Friday AFTER 12 p.m. MST, Saturday or Sunday - Monod Sports will ship within 2 business days after the weekend (Canadian holidays excluded)

(3) In case of a Canadian Holiday when Canada Post is closed, Monod Sports will ship within 2 business days AFTER the holiday.

(4) IF YOU ENTER THE "CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS" INCORRECTLY, YOUR ORDER WILL BE DELAYED INDEFINITELY AND WILL BE CANCELLED AFTER 48 HOURS OF NON-RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER.

PLEASE NOTE: In all shipment methods, A BUSINESS DAY is defined as a work day between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. MST, Monday through Friday, and EXCLUDES HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS, and EXCLUDES the day the product is either delivered to Canada Post or picked up by CanPar or the Courier (not our rules -- just relaying what we've been told!).
